Step 1

Service Requestor and Service Providers (Pro) download the app

User looking for a service provider (Service Requestor) and Service Provider (Pro) download the Tafmung Connect and Tafmung Connect Pro mobile app from google play and apple play store and register their account. Pros must select the services they offer as well as the locations they offer their services.

Step 2

Service Requestor selects service they require

Via the Tafmung Connect app, service requestor selects the service they require e.g., plumber and proceed to answer questions about the selected service

Step 3

Service Requestor search and connect with Pros

Once all questions relating to the service required have been answered, Service Requestor will be able to search for Pros available in his or her area. Upon searching, a list of Pros in the Service Requestors area will display. Service Requestor will then select his or her preferred Pros and request to connect with them

Step 4

Service Requestor is matched with Pros in their location

Pros in the Service Requestors area sees and chooses to accept the connection request. Service Requestor is automatically notified when the Pro has accepted his or her request. To accept the request, the Pro will need to have enough points in their Tafmung Connect Pro account.

Step 5

Connect and Do Business

Once the Pro and Service Requestor have connected, they will be able to chat, call or rate each other.
